Craig Corder, Judy Stevens and I saw an adult GOLDEN EAGLE along Route 240
and a PACIFIC LOON, a pair of LONG-EARED OWLS, and a NORTHERN SHRIKE west
of the Vernita Bridge on March 7.

Dennis and Glenda Rockwell reported 21 DUNLIN and 2 GREATER YELLOWLEGS on
the Yakima Delta on March 8. 7 GREATER YELLOWLEGS were there the following
day.

Returning to Whitcomb Island on March 10, Nancy LaFramboise, Ruth Fischer,
and I added 2 GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GEESE to our previous list.

On March 11, Nancy LaFramboise found a RED-BREASTED NUTHATCH in North
Richland and on the 12th, I found 46 TUNDRA SWAN and 30 DUNLIN on the
Yakima Delta and another 10 TUNDRA SWAN on the island north of Nelson Island.

Also on March 12, Ruth Fischer noted the TUNDRA SWAN on the Yakima Delta
and observed a PINE SISKIN at her feeder.
