Today, (06 May), Secretary Babbitt is to announce the
Proposal to De-list the American Peregrine Falcon.
There will be a comment period following the
publication of the Proposal in the Federal Register
(concurrent with the announcement, I suspect). I am
not certain how long the comment period will be, but
suspect it will be brief to expedite the final
ruling. I will try to get the language of the
proposal, and forward it to you electronically,
should you choose to comment. enjoy your spring...
