Hi Tweeters:

I'm going to be showing my inexperience here, but we had a new bird at our
feeders early this morning. We had five evening grosbeaks. Four males with
bright green beaks and one slightly duller female. I've had black-headed
grosbeaks at my feeders before, but never evening grosbeaks. The green bills
are quite stunning! I see from the field guide that these birds are common for
the area. Has anyone else seen them in a fairly urban area this year?
