We plan to take a couple of days exploring Okanogan (east of Highway 97), Ferry, and Pend Oreille Counties this coming week, enroute to Priest Lake, Idaho. Any great spots for birds in that area? We have never visited this part of the state and would love tips on places to stay and eat as well as bird.
