This may come as a surprise to you but those tests were being a couple
of years ago by Boeing at their test facility on the Tulalip
Reservation. Happens to be in the Quilceda/Allen watershed where I was
working on a watershed plan. I had a tour of the facility and saw where
it was being done, and I think they told us the frozen chicken story.
