For the person keeping track of Kingfishers, I saw a female Belted
Kingfisher, May 19, 1998, at Spring Valley Reservoir, Latah County, Idaho,
(just north of Troy). She was fishing from a foot bridge. I heard a second
bird rattle later but I'm not sure if it was her or another kingfisher.'
