I have just recieved an update on conditions from Malheur Headquarters.
The Blitzen River is running bank full and is still over the north
section of the Central Patrol Road.

The south section from the Krumbo Road to the P Ranch is open, but may
close at any time if the rains pick up. The weather report for the
week-end is for more rain and stormy weather.
