Bristle-thighed Curlew impact survey

I am interested in estimating the economic impact to the local
economy as a result of the two Bristle-thighed Curlews at the
South Jetty of the Columbia River. If you came to Fort Stevens
to see these birds, please take a few minutes complete the
following survey. If you came from your home to Fort Stevens
on multiple occasions please fill out a survey for each visit.

This is only in regard to the South Jetty of the Columbia River,
Clatsop County, OR birds. Do not send me information on other
sites.

Send all forms to me at mpatters at orednet.org. I will compile the
result and share them with everyone.
