There's an article in this morning's PI regarding the negative response on
Tweeters to Mr. Schell's proposal to light up Seattle's downtown
skyscrapers, bridges and waterfront, to "celebrate" the millennium.
Apparently he will be holding a press conference today, and the reporter
told me that he's "sure" the subject will come up. So, today would be a
good time to let Mr. Schell know how you feel about his plan with regard to
the serious risks posed by lighted structures to migratory birds.
