Tweeters,

Politicians like compromises. Can Tweeters propose that the Mayor can
light up all of Seattle during bird non migration times if the city
council passes a regulation to prohibit the use of all decorative
lighting during bird migration periods in the spring and fall? Has
anyone studied the impact on migration of current lighting patterns in
Seattle? Some cities turn off nonessential lighting during migration
periods.

There may be a broader issue than just Millennium lighting.
