Growlers,

Long-tailed weasels, in my experience, are much more common in
western Washington than short-tailed weasels (ermine). I have
seen short-tailed weasels in eastern Washington. They are very
tiny, able to fit down a hole that looked like it could barley
fit a mouse. The description of the animals at Marymoor sounded
like long-tailed weasels to me.
