Method: appx 30 min station count observation deck at
SJCR using 20x60 Bushnell spotting scope and 8x50 Bushnell
binoculars. Birds were sorted as to flyby, sitting on beach, sitting
on ocean or sitting on river.

Notes: The beach count was done separately about 10 minutes before the
timed seawatch. There seems to be a movement of RING-BILLED GULLS moving
over the last couple of days. BROWN PELICANS have also apparently
arrived in summer numbers. Two HEERMANN'S GULLS were also
conspicuous.
