With regard to my previous messgae I see that there is an EIS (which I
assumed would be required). So I suppose I should hold judgement until I
look at. Still, it seems a bit of a hasty decision and driven by politics
much more than by science.

It is interesting that w/ things like dam breaching it takes years of study
and deliberation to come to a decision.
