macroaggravation: observed things that whack you upside the head,
an example, an apple falling off a tree onto your head;
or "The world is flat. Otherwise when you throw a ball
straight up into the air, it should land 10 feet away."

micoraggravation: unobserved things that whack inside the head,
an example, I shouldn't have eaten that 4th piece
of week old pizza for breakfast.
or "God is knowable." "is not." "is too." "is not." "is too."

BIRDS:
walked through North Seattle COmmunity COllege yesterday, they have
started new construction on a two buildings. This has caused runoff
into the surge pond, so it was somewhat muddy, nonetheless:

HOODED MERGANSERS 4
GADWALLS 6
PIEDBILL GREBE 1
MALLARDS 2
KINGFISHER 1

Hopefully, the ringnecked ducks will return soon also.
Meanwhile the north greenspace is just starting to grow in after the
development of the runoff swale.
This has broken up the landscape and made it more open.
There, so far, are noticably fewer songbirds, but let's give it a bit
more time.
It has created another temporary winter pond which last winter did
deliver a extra ducks and exploring peeps.
