The Bar-tailed Godwit was still Tokeland yesrterday (11/9) at midday. The
now nonbreeding plumaged bird was seen with the large flock (~ 200) of
Marbled godwits on the mudflat behind the Tokland Marina store (just east
of the boat launch). About 10 Willets and 1 Black-bellied Plover were also
there.

Around the Westport jetty in strong winds from the south, there was 1
surfbird, 1 Black Turnstone, 50+ Least sandpipers, 20+ Semipalmated
Plovers, and 2 possible fly-by Ancient Murrelets. A Roughed-legged Hawk
was hunting over the Wesport airport.
