My partner in crime just returned from four days in Miami, FL and reports
that he regularly saw kettles of vultures directly above the tops of the
downtown skyscrapers. Are thermals created by tall buildings' heat or some
such thing? He could not tell if the vultures were of the Turkey or Black
persuasion.
By the way, I have enjoyed the point counterpoint Tweeters pattern this
week with evolution vs creationism off set by innocent reports of grebes or
birding lists. Lively group.
