Well, actually, every sperm cell & every egg is a "unique genetic
combination", due to independent assortment & crossing over of alelles in
meiosis. To follow your line of reasoning, a wet dream or a sexual act
that doesn't result in fertilization is tantamount to mass murder! Not to
mention the murder of all the poor lost sperm cells that don't make it to
the egg in time! Also following your reasoning, a woman looses all say
over her future and her body at the moment of fertilization -- and, yeah,
the Supreme Court and the consistant majority of citizens of this state and
nation disagree with you!
