Hi, Tweets

Can I sneak in a turkey vulture number or two (they were created and are
evolving)?

At Cranberry Marsh, near Toronto, Ontario the hawkwatch has counted 1,368
turkey vultures, to date (still operating)

Hazel Bazemore Park near Corpus Christie has had 4,894 (still operating)

Lucky Peak in Idaho has had 1,153 (I think closed, not sure)

Salt Creek in Washington received 2,092 (closed)

But, as of 1 November, Veracruz, Mexico has had 1,453,385 turkey vultures
with the count extending until 20 November. Most of the rest of their
birds will be turkey vulture migrants from the north. Where do they come
from?? I've only mentioned a few hawkwatches, but the numbers to the south
are quite impressive.
