Scott, would you pass along the following messages to Tweeters (I'm no
longer on Tweeters as I don't have time for civilized behavior!):
1.The proper credit for spotting the spotted goes to Darrell Smith, a
wildlife biologist with Snohomish County Public Works. 2. As to how a
spotted could show up there, a former county elected official suggested it
did indeed make sense, since "downtown Everett is a wilderness."
