eastern Washington and northern Idaho birders (& other interested parties),

I've created a new email list for birders in the inland northwest, roughly
defined as eastern Washington and northern Idaho. This would include
Cottonwood-Grangeville, Lewsiton-Clarkston, Moscow-Pullman, Couer
d'Alene-Post Falls-Spokane, Sandpoint-Bonner's Ferry, and the surrounding
area. We would also invite birders from farther west in Washington (Othello,
Walla Walla, Grand Coulee, etc.) to join. I suspect that this may also
become the de-facto list for some western Montana and southern Idaho birders
(who are also welcome!), although it is intended primarily for the areas
mentioned above.

The list, inland-NW-birders, is hosted by the University of Idaho and
sponsored by the Palouse Audubon Society. To subscribe send the message

to majordomo at uidaho.edu.

As this is a new list we will no doubt be suffering (hopefuly) some growing
pains over the next several months and breaking in a new list owner (me).
I'll be looking to Dan Victor for some sage advice on managing one of these
things!

I don't have a web page set up for the list yet but will let you know when I
do. Feel free to email me w/ any questions concerning the list.
