In the Friday(11-13) Seattle Times, page B5, there was an article abbout
testing the "Celebration" bridge lighting. The East side of the Fremont
Bridge and the West side of the Aurora Bridge will be the test sites. The
initial cost for the whole project will be $1.2 million, plus $50,00 a year
to maintain the lights and pay for the power. It is now stated the City
hopes to use donated funds. The article states that a kiosk will be set up
in Freemont durning the test days to take comments, people can also call the
Millennium Project at 206-615-0345 or e-mail john.buller at ci.seattle.wa.us
There will also be a public hearing at the Miller Community Center at 7:00
pm Nov.23th.
