thanks for posting this..you beat me to it.

I saw the story last night on KING 5..everyone is all
"smiley" about this..and they reported that Paul Schell
wants to hear from interested parties..

I recall the earlier thread about the hazard to migrating
birds..

might I suggest that we make our druthers known by e-mail
and phone call...

and those who can make that Nov 23 meeting ought to go
and speak against this expensive, cosmetic folly..
