I would love to have some hard "facts", so far the bridges are lit from
underneath with colored flood lights, but this still could be a difference
to birds and also to insects , butterflies and moths etc. that may change
their flight patterns because of the light or the heat generated. I can
think of several things ie. cleaning up the Sound , streams, planting native
plants in parks that would be a better use of the monies.
