The ordinary person on the street has only heard all the horror stories about
the Spotted owl and the forest industry and us "environmentalis" trying to
save them. Not many of those people ever get a chance to see one. Sometimes
just being able to finally see how docile and beautiful a creature it is may
help some people be swayed into helping to save it, if only in the way they
vote in elections. I don't know if moving was good or not. I have opinions
both ways.
