On Sat., five of us started along Norman Road to Boe Road, then Stanwood
sewage ponds, Bow-Edison backroads, Samish Flats and Island, Bayview SP, March
Point, Skagit Flats and Rawlins Road. It was a very windy, mostly rainy,
cool-cold day with a couple of sunbreaks. Ended up with 61 species. Missed
seeing the Peregrine Falcon at west 90 or seeing any Rough-legged Hawks.
