For those that want to make something themselves.

Go to the Hardware store and buy a piece of metal flashing about 18" square,
using tin snips cutout a 18" circle. (practice with a piece of poster paper to
get the size you want) Now out of that circle cut out a piece of "pie" ie. a
wedge about 4 or 5 inches wide at the outside edge of the circle. Throw the
wedge away. Okey now pull the two edges of the metal together and wire,
screw, pop rivet, or what ever--the two edges together. It should look like
this /\ only a lot flatter. If your feeder hangs from only one wire drill one
hole in the center of the"squirrel" deflector. If it hangs from a looped wire
cut a slot. Now slip it down over the top of the feeder and PRESTO! No more
squirrels.

CAUTION! the edges should be sanded.
