I'm just sitting back and getting a education on the finer points of hawk ID. I
do appreciate all the information that has been presented--so far--any more?

If I can ever get a photo of the "light phase hawk" that is (in the trees below
our house) back after being gone all summer I will post it. It will not let me
get within a 100 yrds. of it.
