Hello again,

Here is the first reminder to send me your field notes for the fall
season. Dates for records are 1 August to 30 November. The dead line to
get your reports to me is 15 November.

Also, as an addtion to the last message for those that may be unfamilar
with field notes stuff, the field notes that you send me end up in several
places. They will be possibly included in two different publications, one
is Washington Field Notes, published in WOSNews, and in Field Notes,
published by the ABA and the Audubon Society. All of the field notes that
get sent in are put into a database of records for Washington State. This
database project, once completed, will include CBC record and all other
published records for Washington State and will be avalible for public
use.
