Subject: VAUX'S SWIFT in Olympia

We went to Olympia this last weekend to visit my brother and while
there, we went to see if the VAUX'S SWIFTS were still at 1610 Water.
They were still there. There were about 200 and just before entry (6:57
pm) the swirling action was not as pronounced as in the past (according
to some people there that had seen them the week before). I did get some
photos, but as expected--not too good with such poor light conditions.
If you check the website below, notice that they enter the chimmney tail
first. In the photo on the right, the fourth bird up from the chimmney
is starting its tail first desent.
