No I am not joking. Think about it--if they go down head first--and it is
crowded down there, how do they get stopped?? By going down tail first and
hovering, they can slow their desent and grab a ledge.
Long ago I had to go 60 feet down into a 3 foot dia. well casing. I went feet
first. No way I would go down there head first. :-))
