Tweeters,

I took a stroll around Spencer Island on Sunday. Enjoyed watching 2
Northern Harriers swooping over the marsh. Also three Red-Tail Hawks
screeching at each other in a cottonwood tree. Their call always
makes me feel like I'm a million miles from civilization. Among the
26 species I noted:

BONAPARTE'S GULL
RUDDY DUCK
NORTHERN SHOVELLER
GREEN-WINGED TEAL
YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLER
BELTED KINGFISHER
HORNED GREBE
GREAT BLUE HERON
BUFFLEHEAD
TURKEY VULTURE
