In was following the discussion of Palm Warblers in WA with interest, as I
just got my first one 2weeks ago in Squamish estuary, 1h N of Vancouver
B.C. That location is on the inland coast, at the end of Howe Sound.

It was a first for the Squamish checklist, but the Vancouver checklist
calls it casual, maybe rare in fall. As I wrote 2weeks ago,
