"Not quite sure" is how I'm approaching the kingfisher spending time at East
Bay, Olympia, lately. Lots of rufous splashed on the sides and flanks, but just
a "pencil line," possibly broken, at the center of the lower breast. Looks like
a classic in-betweener juvenile. I'm hoping it sticks around long enough for me
to see it go one way or the other.
