I'm not a "Bird Watcher" because I identify most birds by using my ears
and of those I do look at, 99% get only a couple seconds of my
"looking."
I'm not an "Ornithologist" due to a lack of training and interest.
I prefer "Birder", but certainly do not want to be associated with
Hunters/Killers.
"Bird Finder" is OK, but I keep visualizing a dog.
"Bird Lister" is OK, but occasionally I do take time to study & appreciate
birds.
"Bird Identifier" is probably the most accurate, but it has too many
syllables.

Oh Well, any of the above are better than what I'm usually called!
