A friend of mine in Ann Arbor has compiled AOU list changes through June,
1998. The list
is on the web at:

Here is another web site with changes to the NGS guide from AOU changes and
a down-loadable version of the checklist of birds of US and Canada. I'm not
sure if this is synonymous w/ the current ABA area checklist which is
available through ABA on disk for $9 (I wonder why the ABA couldn't make
this available for free over the internet?).
