Hi Murray,

I'll try to take a look this weekend - with the clock
shifting away from daylight savings time it's impossible now
to get away from work early enough in the afternoon to do any
birding :(
I have a fair idea of where the Kenworth plant is; I
think it's part of PACCAR which is between the Boeing plant
and I-405. It's just a stone's throw away from Gene Coulon
park. Maybe the reporters of the bird meant "Coulon" instead
of "Carrousel". There's nothing like that in Renton that I'm
aware of.
One of the first reports of the storks came from the
Kennydale neighborhood just to the North (was it Rob Conway?).
This is quite close to Newport where I believe somebody said
the birds originated from. I took down the name and phone #
of the man who keeps the exotic birds and I'll have to call
him and see if he's interested in trying to recapture it. I
imagine such a bird isn't inexpensive!
