Hi, Scott

Black vultures have short, stubby tails and a different 'cant' to their
flight. The birdwatching community is alert, I must admit; got 2-3 other
comments after my posting. Usually it's the bird song that one's ears pick
up; nice to see the real thing. I won't recommend that you go see it - it
was quite disturbing - but in the movie "Beloved," the bird song is
wonderful, along with the photography (and acting) - a black vulture in
that one!!
