For those of you who have requested the list, I am doing my best. I have
been having great troubles with my email account on MSN since Sunday, and I
can almost never send a large file without the connection to the host being
lost. Currently, I have 10 waiting to send, just as soon as I can get
through.

If you want a copy of the list, please specify format. I can send it in a
variety of Excel formats, or in text (either tab or comma separated). If
your email can't handle attachments, I can also send it as just a plain
email message, but I have to strip off the Order, Family, and Subfamily
information in order to keep lines from being wrapped.

Note that this list also reflects the new AOU sequencing order of the list.
