I'd say, No Problem. I once caught one & there is not much meat there.

One winter on my Hermiston farm, there was 8 inches of new snow.
As I stepped over a small stream, a V Rail tried to run away through the
snow.
I just reached down & scooped it up. We exchanged pleasantries & went our
own way. Fun!
