We had a mature and a juv.WHITE-CROWNED SPARROW show up at our feeder
today. Also saw a SHARP-SHINNED and a COOPER'S HAWK from our yard.

I saw a accipter chasing a Magpie below our house and couldn't ID
it.(one second look) The wingspan of the accipter was approximately the
same as the Magpie. The accipters body was not as robust as the Magpie.
Question--what is the wingspan of a Magpie? I am guessing the accipter
was a Sharpie.
