Tweeters,

I saw a juvenile Sabine's Gull at Mann Lake, Nez Perce Co., Idaho this
morning at about 10:30. Unfortunately it only stayed around for about 10
minutes before flying off to the west (toward the Snake River which I
checked a while later w/o refinding it).

The number of shorebirds at Mann Lake has greatly diminished since last
week. There were only about 50 individuals of 7 species present. The
highlights being 1 American Golden-Plover and 3 Semipalmated PLovers. The
American White Pelican is tsill present and I also had a nice, fall
plumaged Bobolink in the willowsat the sw corner of the lake. Quite a few
American Pipits now present and a bunch of sparrows, mostly Savannahs but
also 1 Lincoln's.

I'm leading the Palouse Audubon field trip there tomorrow morning. Email
me for further information.

Thanks, Charles.
