This morning a Northern Mockingbird jumped off the street two blocks
from my house in Othello. It flew into a large poplar tree where
Third Avenue intersects Fourth Avenue at the South 500 block. I
looked, pished, and wished, but it didn't come out in the 30 seconds
of follow-up after I jumped out of the car. Last night there was a
pretty good south breeze, and we've had two fronts pass through in two
days. Might be worth somebody else looking around. I'll try to look
again tomorrow morning.
