hello tweetsters.

since rainy days are rapidly thundering into our fair city,
my thoughts naturally turn to the reading of books while
sitting in front of a crackling fire and sipping a double tall
latte. so i wandered up to the Ubookstore and found that they
have some mighty nice bird books on their bargain book shelves.
in addition to the bird books, they also have a book by natalie
angier that i read about a year ago (and loved) called
_the beauty of the beastly_, which is about bugs and other
gnarly animals.

another place that has a nice group of bird books, always for
a reasonable price, is half price books on roosevelt. i was
just there last weekend, and found many nice bird books to
add to my growing stack of wintertime reading.

regards,
