Tweeters,

Shameless bird-related advertisement:

It's that time of year again! The Green Lake Park Alliance (the non-profit
volunteer organization for the support of Green Lake Park I helped found) is
proud to present its fourth winter season of bird walks around Green Lake
(Seattle).

Pertinent information:
When: October through April, every first and third Saturday of the month.
Time: 8 AM
Starting point: East Beach life-guard chairs (Evans Pool/Community Center
complex)
Duration: 2 hours (plus).
Conditions: Rain or shine.
Preparation: Overdress; it's better to shed than to shiver! Binoculars
and/or field guides a plus but not required.
Target audience: Anybody with an interest in birds as well as the other
aspects of Green Lake's Natural and Unnatural History.
Restriction: Limited to the first fifteen people who show up (no sign-up).
Price: Free.
Leader: As things stand now I will be leading all walks.

See you out there!
