Hi Tweets,
Saturday was such a beautiful day we birded PT's Kah Tai Lagoon.
We saw soon nice birds as we always do. A scope is helpful here as we saw 40
Ring necked ducks 1 Sora Rail, 1 Virginia Rail, 1 Greater Yellowlegs, 6-7
Lesser Yellowlegs several Lesser Scaup and a scattering of Wigeon and Ruddy
ducks (some males were still in breeding plumage) l American Pipit and what
appeared to be a Lincoln's Sparrow. I got some good looks at this bird and
am curious if this is common or was it perhaps a Savannah? All in all a good
day (wished I could say the same for the Huskies-owch!!)
