I love it when a bird out of its common range is called "casual".
Makes me think of turtlenecks and leisure suits.

Clarice and I were walking to the Puyallup post office today when we
came upon a scrub jay in the front yard of a house just west of the
intersection of 5th. Ave. S.W. and 7th. St. S.W. Have lived in old
Pewalloop for 18 or so years and have never before seen a scrub jay
'round here. This bird fit the "casual" description. Be-bopping
around the lawn like a robin, hoppin on the fence, fooling around in
the shrubs. Beautifully dressed bird, very bright.
