Dear Tweets,

To continue the Western Scrub-Jay thread, one individual has returned to
my neighborhood at 11th and N. Cedar (just East of the UPS stadium),
after a brief hiatus this summer. The bird is quite vocal and seems
quite partial to the peanuts the neighbor down the block feeds them. I
haven't seen a pair or any young birds yet, but I am keeping my eye out
as the bird was here in the spring at least up to late May.
