In the farmyard-pasture area in front of a farmhouse at 3749 Frog Hollow
Rd. in Walla Walla County today, Glenda and I found an albinistic
BLACK-BILLED MAGPIE in the company of normal plumaged birds of the same
species.
This bird, which seemed well accepted by the others, had dark colored
eyes, bill and legs-feet. Plumage on head, particularly around eyes, was
gray-brownish fading to distinctive off-white on the rest of the bird.
