Can anyone help?

I think I have a sick band tailed pigeon coming to my feeder and water
dish. I have three regulars. His condition is getting progressively worse
- His two mates look great w/ beautiful feathering and color but this one
- first year I think, looks ruff and today spent a lot of time just
sitting in the water tray - eyes closed and listless. Feeders and water
dish have been kept clean so I don't think he contracted anything here.
Is there anything that could be added to the water to help my band tail?
