I birded in the Tri-cities area a little this past weekend and saw two of Long-billed Curlew in
the city of Richland Friday evening. They were a couple of blocks south of where the Great Horned
Owl has its nest with three young in front a Battelle building. And on Sunday evening, there were
two Long-billed Curlew in the city of Pasco in a small field along Court Street.
